      Founded in 1988, Aureole is a restaurant that provides a range of casual dining and entertainment options. It serves a variety of American-style cuisine. The restaurant s menu includes tuna tartare, artichoke ravioli, white asparagus soup, Canadian lobster, smoked duck, New York strip loins and sea scallops. It additionally provides ice cream, carrot cake, souffl , chocolate torte, sandwiches and sorbets. The restaurant has a collection of more than 750 varieties of wine, including Champagne, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, pinot noir, Bordeaux, zinfandel and shiraz. It features a dining room that can accommodate up to 40 guests for private parties and events. The restaurant provides gift certificates and cards, as well as offers online reservation services. It has been a Relais & Chateaux gourmet restaurant since 1997. Aureole is a part of Charlie Palmer Group, which operates several restaurants, wine shops and boutique hotels.
