Aphrodisia Herb Store

I came and got my mom some presents from here and when she loved it and I loved her face when she opened it on Christmas Eve.

We visit this shop every week for our herbs and our chocolate covered cherries. We buy all our lovely soaps and gifts here too. The store has been part of the Village for decades, and the proprietress is very knowledgeable about herbs for cooking and for curing what ails you. Definitely recommended for a nice gift and a friendly chat - not to be missed.

This amazing store is my favorite place in the city!!! It's truly a Greenwich Village treasure!!!! So Parisian!! There is nothing like it in the city!!----it's a MUST for native and tourist alike!!

Perfect for pagans (merry meet), the selection beats Enchantments anyday.

The scents lure you in and two cats and lush potted plants greet you at the door - too charming. This is a Village secret here, but don't forget to stop at Murray's just across the street for cheese.
