General Info

Robert David Goodstein and associate counsel Paula Johnson Kelly concentrate exclusively on labor and employment matters, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, severance and overtime pay disputes, and sexual harassment claims. Mr. Goodstein is a former assistant counsel to the N.Y.S. Division of Human Rights and has served as chair of its regional advisory council, chair of the New Rochelle Human Rights Commission, and as the commentator for court TV in employment discrimination matters. Ms. Kelly is co-chair of the Westchester Women's Bar Association's Employment Law Committee and has lectured at seminars given by the National Employment Lawyers Association of New York.
