Scott and his staff handled my motorcycle accident claim and I was very happy with their service and the outcome of my case. They handled all the communications and paperwork with the insurance adjusters and contacted me frequently with updates. Scott personally handled my claim and being that this was my first experience with a legal claim, it was nice to be able to speak directly to him when I had questions. He would explain everything in terms that I could easily understand. His staff was also very pleasant and helpful anytime I called. His office is located right in the middle of downtown New Port Richey at the corner of Main Street and Grand Blvd. so you can't miss it. He did a great job on my case, always returned my phone calls promptly, and kept me informed at all times. He also got me a very fair settlement from the insurance company. I have since referred two people to Scott, and last I spoke with them, they were very pleased. I do not have experience with any other lawyers, so don't have much to compare to, but I do know that my experience with Scott and his excellent office staff was very positive. I would not hesitate to return (although I hope I never have the need again!).
