I'm extremely disappointed with Excel Medical Imaging and would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone. If possible, I would have given the company 0 stars. I went in for a 4d ultrasound and the technician was semi friendly; however she spent 5 minutes on me only to tell me that my baby was "not in a good position". Mind you, she was FACE up. You can tell the technician was totally not interested in putting any effort forward. This is supposed to be a joyous time for families and to spend $90 for 5 minutes is absolutely ridiculous. They told me I could come back and then the front desk didn't document what the tech told him, so as you can imagine....more mass confusion. I would highly recommend going anywhere but here.

My sister in law recommended me to go here for my first babies 4D ultrasound. I called two weeks in advance, and made an appointment with a specific girl, just to find out that when i got there she was "unavailable". So, me trying to be non judgmental, i took who was offered to me just for it to be the worst experience ever. Management was rude when trying to reschedule the blurred, crap pictures of my baby girl and the tech had an attitude the entire 10 minutes i was in the room. She made it a terrible experience for my fiance and I. The second appointment, i got a run around again and NO pictures. I wasted 90 dollars going here just to find out what i had already known, that she was a girl. For something that was supposed to be special to me, the sure did ruin it. This was supposed to be a special moment for my fiance and I, and it turned out terrible. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I understand why my sister in law never went back after she had her first baby. Management and staff were rude and undermining. They ruined what was one of the most important things to me while being pregnant my first time. I am highly dissatisfied and would love to have gotten a refund, which of course wasn't offered. I am now too far along in my pregnancy to even take another one without seeing her all squished, which i would definitely have taken at a different place.DO NOT GO HERE unless you want crap pictures, if any at all.

I went into excell imaging after a dr. wanted me to get this test. Right now I am on medicare with medicaid. Automatically, that is a downfall. For some reason they thought I was with someone that was far behind me. I was not supposed to where any lotions etc. I had a long walk and got burned on the face. Seemed like a "lowlevel" remark. Maybe the insinuation of retardation. After these results. I would prefer to find a dr. of my choice not clinics etc. Otherwise, it was ohright!
