I had to mark one star in order to review this place here. Instead professionals they should be cutting grass out there. It's like they hate people, specially children, there's an Indian Female Dentist who tried my little daughter as a sick puppy. The other Male Dentist was very polite and professional but he is no longer there. Then I decided to switch to the other location at US 19 and the doctor is awesome but the waiting time is just way toooooooo much!!! I will find a place who deserve to get paid

There was paper cups and papers all over the floor in waiting area the dust was thick . They Told my daughter that when they did her first exam xrays and cleaning that there wasn't even a sink to spit into. She used a napkin or paper towel. They told her that she needed a root canal.

After leaving my daughter said that she didn't feel comfortable there and I agreed. We called to ask to have her records released to A New Dental office and she was told to come in to sign release which was fine. When my daughter arrived The office gave her a major attitude as to why she was changing they also wanted to charge her $300 to copy her x rays. That was crazy. My daughter landed up getting into an argument with them, she told them the reason why she wasn't coming back is that this is the most unprofessional dentist office she has ever been to and that she will not pay $300 for copies when her insurance already paid for them. They even hung up on new dentist requesting asking for records.

I'll break it down. After 6 years of taking my 3 children there.

appts for cleanings are fairly easy to make. they will lay your child down in a room with 5 other tables and no divisions. They will brush your child's teeth with a fancy toothbrush, the "doctor" will tell you how many fillings your child needs and send you home. Appts for fillings are over 2 months wait. Even if your child has a HOLE in her tooth. They will push for crowns, unnecessary fillings (confirmed after seeking 2nd opinion) and will have you come back over and over for follow ups that don't make sense. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful, if you call with a question or concern- they will HANG UP ON YOU. The doctor is NOT child friendly and will talk to the parents as if they are ignorant bugs. They WANT to steal from your insurance. They will lie and tell you your child needs 7 8 9 cavities filled or have crowns put in when in fact they need NOTHING done. My daughter's filling THAT THEY DID fell off, and instead of filling it back up they demanded I let them put in 2 crowns. ummm no. If your child has ever had a filling put on by another dentist in his life, and it falls off, they will not touch your child and tell you you need to go back to the place he had it filled even if they don't take the insurance anymore. They claim offering help with anything is against hippa (I work for a doctor- that's NOT what hippa is about!!) If your small child is hesitant to cooperate, they will have no patience for them and will SEND THEM AWAY with no treatments. They can't be bothered. SEEK OTHER DENTIST! save your child's teeth!!
