Knowledgeable and Fun!

When i first started with Sean, I had two goals. I wanted to lose weight and have more energy. Sean’s workout are not only challenging and informative but they are effective as well. I have lost 10lbs, 2 sizes, and I am much stronger and leaner. More importantly I am no longer exhausted at the end of the day. I look forward to continuing my workouts with Sean as we strive to reach new goals.

Great Trainer!

I started working out with Sean 3 months ago and feel great. I had never lifted weights in my life and wanted to know the proper technique and information on weight training. Sean provided all of this in a very professional way. He pushes you to the next level because he knows you can do it even though you don't think you can. I've been amazed at what I am capable of doing and Sean has been amazingly patient with me. It doesn't seem like just work work work. Sean is very personable and makes the workout more enjoyable by adding that personal side to it. I would recommend Sean to everyone. Most especially to those who have never weight trained before. His knowledge is outstanding.

I received an early Christmas gift this year. Five sessions with a personal trainer. I am so glad that I was given this gift. I have worked out before and did my own program. I learned so much more from Sean. I was taught a routine, I was taught how to exercise properly, I was taught how to use machines and weights I never in my life thought I would use. I never fathomed that I would be bench pressing and using the "BIG" weights that you see the weight lifters use. I truly enjoy using those weights and Sean taught me just how to use them correctly. He gave me a sense of confidence and never looked down at me or judged me. I found Sean to be easy going, personable, he pushed you, but never pushed you too hard.

Hey! I'm Sean Fagan and I am a personal trainer who is very passionate about health and fitness. It's a big part of my life and I try to share my knowledge with others through exercise, diet and motivation. I'm a certified trainer who has studied anatomy and physiology of the body as well as been involved in fitness as a baseball and ice skating instructor. Personal training seemed to come natural to me and I've enjoyed helping others achieve their fitness goals. One of the biggest challenges of starting an exercise program is staying motivated. My exciting, challenging workouts will put fun back into your workouts while reaching your fitness goals. As a personal trainer, my objective is to give you the knowledge and necessary tools to live a healthy lifestyle. My mission is to educate and motivate! I will help you understand how exercise and diet can greatly improve your overall quality of life. Consistency will be required of you to maximize your success and I will be there to encourage you every step of the way.
