      NOLA Restaurant specializes in New Orleans Creole and Acadian Cajun cuisine. Established in 1992, it offers lunch and dinner. It serves a selection of appetizers, salads, soups, entrees, desserts and beverages. The restaurant s menu includes hickory-roasted duck, grilled rib eyes, filet mignons, banana puddings and chocolate-peanut butter pies. NOLA Restaurant can accommodate up to 100 guests and organizes several private parties and business luncheons. It also offers printed place cards and floral arrangements and organizes live music programs for private parties. The restaurant additionally sells gift certificates for several occasions. It is owned and operated by chef Emeril Lagasse who is a national television personality and proprietor of more than10 restaurants, including Emeril s Delmonico, Delmonico Steakhouse, Emeril s Tchoup Chop and Emeril s Gulf Coast Fish House.
