My experience I was driving my car one day and out of no where my cars transmission started tripping out and kept slipping into neutral so I drove it around the corner to my sister's to see what was going on I noticed my linkage cable was sloppy just a assumption I'm no mechanic so the next morning I drove my car .01 miles to jefferson auto care my car was going into gear with no problem all the gears matched up on dash and shaft so I told.them it may be a linkage problem but I'm not sure or I wouldn't be here I was told they would do a diagnostic and see what the problem was and call me so they did call and told me the part would be in the next morning from fix Linkage Cable.that is 2 days later I called them to see what the progreas was and was told to callback in 10 min well they called me and wentonto say they fixed the linkage but that wasn'tthe problem car now since letting these people work on it is completely in limp mode having to have it towed after driving .01 miles literall

Taken my truck here several times (it's old and a utility truck). Always good work, fair price, and fast. Nice guys

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY OF WORK, OR SHOULD I SAY, THE WORK THAT I WAS TOLD WAS DONE AND WAS NOT PERFORMED. THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND NEVER MADE ANY ATTEMPT TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION.
