- Wound CareShenandoah Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed facility in Woodstock, VA. SMH offerings include 24-7 emergency services, outpatient surgery, cardiopulmonary services, orthopedic surgery, medical imaging, diabetes management, inpatient and outpatient rehab, behavioral health services, sleep lab, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, wound care clinic, anti-coagulation clinic, wellness programs and health screenings. The hospital is supported by a team of physicians, some employed by SMH and others in their own independent practices.
