      Welcome to Hwy. 49 Sporting Goods. We have been serving the outdoor sportsman for twenty nine years with hunting, fishing, camping and marine items. With our new online catalog we can supply a huge selection of outdoor gear at great prices. Our store is located in New London, NC on NC Hwy. 49 near Tuckertown boat launch area. Tuckertown lake is located between two larger lakes ( High Rock and Badin Lake ) on the Yadkin river chain. The lakes are operated for power generation by Alcoa Aluminum Company. While Badin and High Rock lakes are developed lakes, Tuckertown is largely undeveloped. No Marinas are located on the lake. The area is very scenic and a great place to fish! Our store offers a huge selction of Fishing, Hunting, Camping and Marine items. We are able to offer many more items in our online store. By working with our suppliers we are able to offer over 50, 000 items for sale online. Although we offer your more common outdoor products at great prices, our specialty is being able to bring you items not found in most large discount stores or outdoor stores.
