I had a stopped up drain and the first plumber I got didn't fix it and broke the plug on the clean out. Called Pipes and Plugs and they came the same day. Patrick and John were both very professional, friendly and knew what they were doing. Got the drain opened and fixed the broken plug. Pipes and Plugs will be the first one I call from now on. I highly recommend them.

Paid a service fee of $140 one day on hot water heater work, then it went out again 24 hours later. Then they wanted to charge me $200 to change a part on something that should have been changed the first time. Definitely will not call them again!!!
