Its areas of expertise include assessing and improving the health care services, and collection, analysis, dissemination and distribution of health data. The services offered by the organization include quality improvement and assurance, data collection and analysis, claims review, encounter data validation, and review of health plans. Its clients include federal and state agencies, health care providers, managed care organizations, commercial insurers, corporations, business coalitions and unions. IPRO is ISO 9001:2000-certified, and is located in New Hyde Park, N.Y.
