I have been dealing with First Student for 4 years my daughter is now in second grade and they have not gotten any better, Right now I have been on hold with them for about 20 mins. My daughters bus is over an hour late. The reps never know where the buses are and the reps that answer the phone are rude, unprofessional and dont seem to care that your child is not home on time! I mean within the past 20 mins 2 different people have picked up the phone 3 different times no one yet with an answer. The drivers sometimes come 15 - 20 min early in the morning and at drop off time its over an hour late. I am so sick of 1st Student I sometimes wonder if the same people that managed a bus company years ago run this one. I swear im going to scream I almost want to take my children to school myself because this is just plain ridiculous!!! BTW
