Monica is very organized, helped me select what was best for the look I wanted to achieve. I left it all in her hands being that it was my first time. It was a very relaxing, professional experience with follow up instructions, discount opportunities for the future and I am happy to say that my lashes look great on my eyes with zero irritation. My eyes look clean, no clumps, and the lashes don't feel heavy, sticky or clumpy. After about an hour I forgot I even had them in. I don't not have to worry about putting on eye makeup anymore :)
