As someone who once worked at Kaufman's Korner but was fired I think the general public needs to know exactly what kind of people run this place. I was the type of employee who rarely called off and always came in to cover shifts if needed. I was let go because of memory issues associated with a neurological condition that I was born with. There are some amazing people who work here but the people in management are horrible. Some of the employees talk behind clients backs which is a total violation of confidentiality. The way that some clients are talked about is just awful. When I got clean all I wanted to do was work in recovery and help others. If you are struggling with substance abuse issues I would definitely check out another agency as the people who run this place are a joke.
