Can you give zero stars? Because that's how bad my experience was with this organization. Very similar situation as Guest50519, my insurance company contacted them for towing for my vehicle. Had arranged a time with the insurance company between 5 & 5:30, Midway texted me an ETA of 4:46. I called to adjust the time and told them I could not be there, they told me they didn't know what time they could tow the car. Once home, I called to let them know I'd left work early, and they cancelled the ticket, I had to contact my insurance company again to reschedule. I spoke with some man who was consumately unprofessional and rude, determined not to help. Even asked why I didn't wait till I got home (I tried be efficient and to schedule it so it was when I was home!). I will never use their services and will recommend my insurer never use them either.

Have used these guys many times and they're very good, on time, courtious, and competitively priced. Will continue to use em on the future.

Absolutely the rudest company I have ever spoken to on the phone. I called because I needed a tow - they came early and left before I could get there. When I called back, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, unprofessional and hung up on me! I will never use their services again and will recommend to my family, friends, and business associates to never use them either. You would think the way the economy is today, that people would be polite and treat customers as they would like to be treated. If you ever need a tow, DO NOT CALL MIDWAY TOWING..............
