I don't know where these negative reviews come from. Maybe they should go to Maaco or some other national chain to see how a "real' shop operates. This is the most thorough shop I've ever used. I feel they really make every effort to return a car to pre-damaged condition. Little nit-picky hardware, any factory decals, etc. are used. I only wish auto body repairs weren't so damn expensive! I can promise you that I will bring any insurance company repair to them and know they'll do the right thing. If I can afford them, I'll even go when I have to pay out of pocket!

They don't stand behind their work. After I called to complain about the paint job chipping I was told that I washed it within 48 hours which I didn't. I took it to another auto bodyshop that came out of my pocket...well apparently they didn't use some type of primer before they repainted. Do not waste your money.
