Had a horrible experience with this florist. I ordered a plant fro my brother, and it was never delivered. When I called to complain, the woman would barely let me speak and refused to give me my money back!!!! Really obnoxious. I have a claim in with the Better Business Bureau (filed 04/14/14) and my bank, to get the money back., but really lady, sometimes you just have to admit you were wrong. (My brother is extremely ill by the way) Not a good way to do business, especially when you claim you are big on family!
