I have had a Handy Andy quality vac for just over one year. I brought it in for my first tune up. Honestly I thought they would just look at it wipe it down and be done with it. Not so fast, I got it back and now I am trying to figure out if it runs better now than it did when I got it a year ago!! I use this every day and sometimes twice a day. Everyone in the shop knows their equipment & will take the time to answer any questions or explain any work done on a vaccumm. My wife and I bought a Handy Andy's Quality Vacuum one year ago. We are delighted with the product--actually the best vacuum cleaner we've owned. Works like a charm. Service is exceptional. We took the vacuum in for its yearly service and were pleasantly surprised today when we picked it up. The annual service which included some replacement parts---beater brush, belt and a filter---was free. Amazing in this day of service rip off artists of all kinds to find a company that behaves honestly, expertly and with integrity.

My wife and I have been married 42 years and have purchased many vacuum cleaners. None have withstood the test of time, cat fur, dog fur, or just dirt and dust. We have owned our Handy Andy vacuum since 2007 and it is without a doubt the best vacuum that we have used. The excellent suction power, the deep cleaning brushes, and the well made accessories are all a refreshingly great alternative to our previous machines. Andy and his knowledgeable staff provided us with a satisfying shopping experience, as well as a great vacuum. Once a year, we bring our vacuum in for a no charge inspection. Filters, brushes, and other worn parts are repaired or replaced.. all in a matter of several days. A truly unique level of service! We could not be happier with this vacuum and the reliable service people that stand behind it.

Best vac I have ever owned. Service is beyond belief. I have 4 dogs that are constantly sheedind and the handy Andy vacuum picks up all the dog fur with no problem. With the extra lond hose we can clean the stairs without taking the vac up but when we take it upstairs it is easy because it's so light. I don't know how that get so much suction in such a little package. I have owned many others and you have to keep replacing them . Idon't think I'll ever have to replace this one but if I do it will another Handy Andy vac. they are the best , PERIOD

I bought my first Handy Andy vacuum cleaner in 2003 and I'm as satisfied with it now as I was 8 years ago when I purchased it. With the purchase, I got free overhauls for the first five years and then 1 more after that, which I had this week. Each time, it's like bringing home a new vacuum cleaner. More than the quality of their product -- hand-made in their shop -- I have experienced service quality that's often hard to find. Handy Andy takes care of its customers. I love the vacum and service. It's rare these days that you get quality and service at such high standard from a business. Handy and Andy's exceeds in both. I've owned their quality vac for over 10years. Within this period I had it service only once just because I had the warranty not because it was broken. After the service the vacum was like NEW they removed all scratches replace extension cord and belts. It felt like they gave me a knew vacum. The long extension cord allows me to vaccum my entire house without having to plug and unplug constantly as I move from room to room. The attachments are perfect for all floor, wall, ceiling vacuming. I have abused this vac with cat fur, kid toys (Matchbox cars) and the thing just keeps on going. I've had my Handy Andy's vacuum for over 15 years, primarly used for wood floors and some area rugs. The 40 ft cord and long attachment hose allows me to vacuum the entire house without unplugging. The floor attachment is great on wood floors and simply un-attach the hose and the vacuum is ready for those hard to reach area rugs especially under the coffee tables and such. The front of the vacuum has a low profile that allows me to get under the sofa edge without a problem. The vacuum has exceeded my expectations and the service is outstanding. I still bring my vacuum in for tune-ups and it seems to come back better than the day I bought it (even after 15 years). I've had other vacuums in the past and non of them has performed any where close to the Handy Andy's vacuum, best vacuum I ever owned, well worth the money. You won't be disappointed. A ++++...... NOT EVEN ONE STAR ----BAD NEWS! I brought a vac in for a small repair, they wanted to charge well over $100 and were pushing THEIR vac. I had it serviced at Aerus for less than $20. Their vac is only good as long as you bring it in for an overhaul every 6 months. The day you stop it self destructs very quickly. That is NOT good quality!

My husband brought me into Handy Andy's when our vacuum cleaner needed to be replaced. After seeing the demonstration of THEIR vacuum cleaner my husband had to have it due to it sturdy construction and motor. I on the other hand was hyperventilating over the price tag. LOL! Over five years later I would definitely buy another Handy Andy's vacuum cleaner, although may never need to due to its superior quality. I was a BAD owner who never took my vacuum in for its yearly checks and my 5-year warranty had expired when my vacuum started shorting out. I brought it in for service, fully expecting a hefty repair bill. Andy graciously offered to do the repair and overhaul for free and also reminded me of the free overhaul that is just waiting for the next time it is needed. Just a couple days later I received my call stating my vacuum was fixed and ready for pickup! Handy Andy's sells a superior product and offers superior customer service. What are you waiting for? BUY ONE!

Absolutely love my Handy Andy's vacuum. The service contract is awesome and I have never had a problem with it. Works great on the cat hair in my house.

I would recommend Handy Andy's to anyone looking for a superior product with an excellent service contract. I recently left my vacuum for an overhaul (service provided with purchase) and I got it back the next day. It was like a new machine. The vacuum itself is awesome. We have two dogs, and I vacuum all the time. The Handy Andy's vacuum cleaner handles all of the dog hair easily. The service agreement and payment plan (no interest) are unbeatable.

After seven years, my Hnady Andy's vacuum cleaner is still going strong. We have multiple pets and they all shed. No other vacuum we've owned has been as succussful as this one.

Handy Andy's makes a great vacuum. The long hose & cord allows you to do several rooms without moving the vacuum. This is one powerful vac & with 3 dogs , 3 cats & 2 birds, I'm constantly using it. I love the fact that the parts are metal & made to last. I just had my yearly checkup & my vacuum came back "brand new" & that's all included in the original cost!

I've had a handy andy vaccum cleaner since 1992. I would never choose any other company or vaccum cleaner. Their friendly and familiar faces are a large reason I have been so faithful to this company. The vaccum helps make everyday chores so EASY! It is powerful, effective, and most of all reliable. If there is a problem (which is a rare occurrence) the team is knowledgable and determined to help make my vaccum cleaner like new again.

I have had a handy vacuum for 7 years. I have had it serviced 6 times (no charge) The service is terrific! The people there are very friendly and care about the customer. I love this vacuum and will never buy another one. I can't believe that the payment plan is still 39 a month. (same as in 2002)What a great way of getting a great vacuum.
