After waiting for an hour to see a model train bring drinks to the table, we sat down and waited another 45 minutes for our pizza which had the wrong toppings. The receptionist was rude and the waiter was very unprofessional. He told us when we sat down that he had been here all day with nothing to eat and had not been paid in 8 months except for tips.

Food was mediocre after we received the right pizza. Overall, very bad experience. Will not be back. Thanks.

I was up in Indiana visiting family and we decided to order from here. They double charged my account. At first I was not upset because I know mistakes happen. It has been over a week of me calling and every time they tell me that the owner has to be the one to help me. The owner refused to call me back and when I finally called and got him on the phone, he was a complete jerk and told me that he wasn't going to fix it. Basically he told me that I was lying and that I was out of luck. When I said I would call the corporate office his exact words to me were "well the only person above me is god so good luck with that". I will never eat there again and neither will any of my family. The pizza wasn't good enough to put up with all this trouble.

We drive from Salem to pizza king in Albany because we love the pizza. The crust, sauce and topping are delicious we love it because not only do we feel it is the best pizza. We also love the salads, pastas, and the spumoni ice cream dessert.

The private room was perfect for our shower. My husband was able to have the kids out in the play area to keep them entertained while the girls had their fun. Food was great as always.

Ruby and her staff treat us like kings at our monthly union meeting. Look forward to it every month!

Pizza king is apart of an indiana tradition. Best pizza ever! Nice, tidy, and cheap. Great for the family. Go there all tthe time! Must try the loaded potato pizza. LOVE YOU PIZZA KING!!!!

We eat at Pizza King (Charlestown Road) at least once a week and absolutely love their pizza and cheese bread. Great lasagna too! Always very good food and very good SERVICE. Good prices for eating out. Thanks to all the workers for good food and good service.

I was in yesterday and we found a black hair in our pizza, they made us another one, which was fine with us but i ate one piece of it and thought it was gross it had way to much ranch on it. So we asked our waitress if we could haveit taken of our bill and she said no cause we got 2 pizza's. I said the first one had hair in it and the second was gross that i was not paying for it. We even talked to a manager and he said "what do you want me to do about it?" He said he could not take it of our bill, Our waitress and the manager was very very rude! He said to call tomorrow and talk to the owner, well i just got of the phone and they said he would not be in until thursday.Imagine that-Apparently the customer service in this establishment is being overlooked. We refuse to return there!!

Cheap and greasy meat makes for a delicious pizza. Still have the chewy crushed ice after all these years.

Nice atmosphere and nice service. plus the best pizza if you want something a little different.
