Grant u he's had extremely had life. He was past to rush after his last drunk in lawyer I was told had to retire. In which one of Rush's drug addict clients he was also caregiver or payee not for sure on that one. What I do Noni's such played my friends friend to be referred to rush.
About 12or13 mounts of which only half the time I received any kind of payment and only could talk to a secutery who only screamed and degreed my friend. Now the payed lawyer never checked on where mark even lived if he lived there are what can of conditions his surrounding were . till on day I took mark to get his weekly are not 100 to live on. This was for his food hygiene close in which he had nothing when he showed up at my door step. Rush comes running down the set of his office screaming his secutary has stolen all the money in marks account as while as his and others I guess he was saying to me. Never once to mark how much what was going to happen with him now. Previous he lived in a half burnt down house no lights no running water. Great care giver . when asked he tolde he wasn't caregiver but payee that there holds him responsible responsible for marks basic need food clothes proper shelter. Me him and had a conference if that what u call it. Once he seen that 1he can't talk to me like he was the smartest in the room nor could he is know where as smart as he thinks . not liking not knowing the law as well as he thinks he wasn't happy that in no a little my self.and ask me to leave the room. I told my friend who told me that rush talks were he can't understand him and doesn't no any thing he's saying. And if when wanted me to stay I would and could. Mark got yelled at started crying so I chose to just wait in lobby but rush order me off his property. Haha . it is clear that my friend is intmdate of this lunatic . my friend has been with me for 6yrs. I'm on s.s. disabled and bring in 535.00 a month . mark gets 100 a week for the last 6yrs and is aupoosed to pay 550 a mouth rent I buy most all the house hold needs food laundry. 3 lawn movers that he Brooke as well as many other thing. I'm sure people are saying put him out . but mark is a great guy has lot problems he was burnt all over pretty bad as a child but clearly rush is taking advantage of him . he is scared to death of lawyers for the way the last two have used him . he has been extremely mistread by his caregiver \payee which rush essays which one he is when its convent for his pocket. Has been charged in other case handling funds wrong. How does he keep his license?

Took me for about 2, 500. 00 and did nothing!!! He kept saying he was working on my case after about a year and a half I had to hire another lawyer to do what Rush didn't do and the new lawyer had it completed in 2 months top. This person does not deserve his license.

If I could give NO STARS, I WOULD! This guy is about as arrogant as they come. He does not communicate in any kind of timely manner, says he's going to do things, and doesn't, does not educate you on any of the court processes, shows absolutely NO empathy, and seems to have no problem with displaying unethical behavior. I ended up doing all of my own stuff (which is never a good idea when legal processes are involved) because he never would have gotten it done and I didn't have the money to pay another retainer to a new attorney. His secretary is horribly rude and looks like she should be working in a bar, not a law office. So, in answer the initial question, I certainly HAVE told my best friends about this nightmare of an experience and have cautioned anybody seeking an attorney to avoid this office at all costs!!
