Ask your physician if physical therapy may benefit you, or feel free to contact us at 920-215-2050 to discuss your medical condition. - FibromyalgiaIf you are one of the 36 million Americans who suffer from debilitating migraine headaches at least once a week, then you know how disruptive this phenomenon can be. While it can put a kibosh on your day, it can also be accompanied by other life-disrupting issues such as insomnia, neck pain, numbness, tingling, visual changes, dizziness nausea, muscle tension, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and chronic pain syndromes, difficulty concentrating, and generalized full body malaise. Women suffer from debilitating migraine and tension headaches 3x more than men, with 30% of women experiencing migraines at some point during their lifetime.
- Pediatric CareSteve earned his Masters of Physical Therapy from Carroll University in Waukesha in 2002. Since then, he has pursued continuing education in sports medicine, orthopedics, pediatrics, and physical therapy for neck pain, low back pain, and post-surgical care of the spine. More recently, he found a passion for trigger point release and chronic pain management, so he became certified in trigger point dry needling through MyoPain Seminars, which he uses in adjunct with other manual therapy skills blended with a strong background in exercise science.

- MRIDown the road savings in healthcare costs from fast and effective treatment of acute chronic back pain is easy to see when a patient can avoid long term medication use, time off of work on disability, referrals to advanced specialists, and orders for radiological studies such as X-rays and MRI’s. The effectiveness and cost savings of medical care due to swift referral to physical therapy by primary physicians to quickly address low back pain is well supported in recent medical research. - TMJ DysfunctionFrequent clicking in your jaw, clunking when biting down into a piece of hard candy, or cracking when you open your mouth wide when yawning or for a dental cleaning are some of the more common symptoms of TMJ (tempermandibular joint) dysfunction. Other signs and symptoms of TMJ dysfunction are pain and soreness in the TMJ joint located in front of the ear, or pain along the jaw line, locking with the mouth open or closed, and associated pain in the upper neck with or without tension headaches. Problems like these give you reason to avoid your favorite foods, give up chewing gum, and make you dread a trip to the dentist just due to the discomfort you feel when opening your mouth.
