Where to begin. We took our dog here to get his teeth cleaned, because he had come from a shelter, and they were horrible. At first we really liked them. They seemed to be great, even though they overcharged for their services. Shortly after our dog had his teeth cleaned, he started having jaw problems. After over $600 in "services", I was told his jaw had popped out. The closeness of these 2 events seems a bit of a coincidence. (They sedated him and it's possible his jaw was dislocated.) Then he was put on Rimadyl for his jaw, and they were suggesting surgery. We were never warned about the dangers of this drug, and our dog started to display all of the symptoms of a bad reaction, sans seizures and death. After seeing our dog's health go downhill, we took him off the drug because the cost was outweighing the benefits. I refused to take him there anymore and had to take him to a chiropractor. She helped him with only a few treatments and it was non-invasive, unlike the surgery they wer

Dr. Giri is a gifted diagnostician and surgeon who has the animals best interests always at the fore front of everything he does.I have found his staff to always be extremely courteous and well informed.Dr. Giri provides the latest in surgical techniques and diagnostics tools. The clinic has onsite ultrasound, heart monitoring, endoscopic and laproscopic equipment. Procedures that I used to take my dogs to Ohio State to have done are now performed in the office.His care of my 5 dogs has been superb and I would strong recommend him and his staff to any dog or cat owner.

The staff and Dr. Giri are the most careing and friendly! They even follow up on your pets care and call you. It'salso a very clean facility. I have to drive 50 minutes to get there but it's well worth the trip!

I have been a customer since April '04 and have had multiple bad experiences with Rainbow pet care center. The new Veterinarian I feel didnt do a comprehensive evaluation of my dog. Unfortunately, she was injured and it seemed to me that they were more interested in making a profit then helping my dog. This is just a warning that for being charged two to three times the regular price of service at this location the service is two to three times below average for service.
