When I called to make an appointment they were able to see me immediately. I expected to have my appointment scheduled in about a week or two but they were able to make the appointment in two days for me. And when I needed help on how to get there they were able to give me directions on where I neded to go. The staff and the doctor were great, they were very friendly and made sure I was comfortable and let me know ahead of time what she was going to do. Any questions I asked she was able to answer and gave me even more information.
