My home AC broke early Sunday am with a house party planned for that day with 35 people and unable to use the backyard due to thunderstorms. My husband called Wahl Heating and air conditioning and they had emergency service. Chuck the technician was prompt,knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. The cost was reasonable.

Tony and his crew installed my furnace and air conditioner. They did a great job. They were very neat and helped me understand my new equipment.

Jim B. was the technician from Wahl who made a service tune up call to my house. Jim was friendly, neat and extremely knowledgeable. Jim is an excellent technician and he took the time to explain how my furnace worked and what I could do to improve the performance. Jim offered other services that Wahl provides. I felt that their prices were on the the high side of what others might charge. Jim made me feel comfortable that the work would be done right.

Technician was very knowledgeable and determined to find the problem which was tricky. Spent a lot of time and went over all of my options clearly and was patient with all of my questions. Office staff was very friendly and I felt valued as a customer. Ended up needing a new furnace and they gave me a refund for a new part that was put in but not needed since we decided to go with a new furnace. Highly recommend this family owned business.

Very unhappy with them. Seems they write their own reviews. Always trying to sell a service plan. Read it very carefully...not much they are responsible for. Very expensive and unprepared when they arrive.

Nicole S. & Jim B. I will say that Nicole S. and Jim B. did a very good customer rapport by me and I was well pleased. Jim B. and I have cross paths before on repair of my furnace. This time he repaired my AC problem. I believe Jim did a great job by listening to me before he started to check the problem. I believe that the AC was ok but others only want to sell me a new AC unit. This was done when I had purchase a capacitor and the compressor did work and I believe that all I needed was to charge the unit with more Freon. Jim did listen to me and he checked my unit out & informed me that I did need more Freon for my AC unit. He cleaned outside unit & charged the AC unit to get cold air back into my house. Yes this unit is 19 years old and uses the old R22 Freon and shall go out on me some time in the future but I didnt have the money to buy a New AC Unit. Jim did his job & listens and saw what I stated to him was a go to look into. I shall buy New Unit from Whal Phillip M.
