The home inspection consists of a thorough check of the roof, exterior, structural members, and all mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.). Many problems associated with both older and new homes are hidden to the untrained eye. Half of the inspections performed by Town & Country Home Inspections, LLC are on homes under three years old, and we find problems with 100% of them. More and more sellers are also having homes inspected before placing the property on the market. This is very advantageous for making the sale of the property as smooth as possible with no last minute surprises.
