My family and I have been using Tillis Pest Control since December 2014. Having used other pest control companies in the past and growing up in the bug killing business I was apprehensive about trying them. The other control companies - who shall remain nameless- definitely did not know what they were doing. Mr. Tillis took the time to understand me and my concerns from the moment we met, answers and continues to educate me on pest control. The 2 men whom we've had service our home have been respectful, concerned not only for their safety but ours too, willing to work carefully in my 84 year old Mom's room, and took precautions with the concern of our 2 cats and dog. I'm extremely grateful that I have found a company which believes in 1) old fashioned morals, 2) educating not only their employees continuously but also educating their customers. Thanks Mr Tillis for coming to our rescue!

I have had good customer service. The problem is taking longer than I thought but tech is thorough. I recommend them.

I called Tillis to come out and help me with my pest problem. They not only wasted my time by using bait that doesn't work they said after 2 weeks the bait is old!!! Then they sent another guy out who walked around did nothing and left. Again came out walked around and did nothing. Then problem was not taken care of but they send me a bill!!! and said I owed them for multiple visits. Excuse me I still had the problem and they want to charge me for multiple treatments when they didn't do them. I called another pest control and they took care of the problem in 1 week. I will never use or recommend Tillis Pest control. DONT USE THEM, SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY. DO NOT USE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
