Swimme & Son is a great company. They offer high quality sunrooms, decks, remodeling and roofing products. They will do all they can to make sure your job is right!

I have had a good experience with Swimme and Son. They are a great business to work with for all your contracting and construction needs.

I can not express how disappointed I am with this company . We had our sun room built in. 2004 . We were very happy with our sun room and have never had any issues ... But on march 1 , 2014 , out door would not lock seemed to be jammed . Tried to use wd40 , but to no avail . Called the company on 3/01/14 . Left a message and was told they would call me back with a time to fix it . No call . Called back on 3/12/14 , explained the whole ordeal ... Again , because they didn't have record of the first call . Was told someone would call ! In the mean time we are propping a piece of wood against the door so we would feel safe at night . Also during the day as not to leave the house open if we were gone. Finally a man called to say that we would have to wait a month or so to get help because. They are so behind in their work !! Really !!!! You don't have some one to take a look on why our door won't lock ! Well as to date... 4/23/14 no one has called or shown up . I would like to ask , who the hell is running this business. BBB will be getting a call .

I am writing this recommendation for anyone that may desire a reference regarding the workmanship and integrity of Swimme & Son .

General Motors had directed a complete 'make over' of our dealership, Biggs Cadillac .

This project was going to take approximately 6 months and all to be done while we were conducting business on a daily basis .

I can only say this ...I was more than impressed .

Mark appeared to take on this project as if it were his building and his money .

His attention to detail and quality is amazing . We never heard 'I can't do that ' .

Mark and his team worked weekends and nights and made their business flexible to our busy schedule .

The integrity Mark uses in dealing with the sub-contractors and county building inspectors is superb.

Swimme & Son was 'the best ' decision we could have made , I have no doubt .

I would recommend Mark for any project , large or small .
