I highly recommend this company as a single mom honesty is very big to me. I called out several companies to get an estimate on new siding. This was the only company who told me I only needed Certain areas fixed and not my whole house done saving me almost ten thousand dollars. I was in the middle of really getting taken for a ride with my EIFIS stucco siding repair. Bids were out of this world. The owner of this company educated me about my siding and steered me clear of making some very bad mistakes that could have cost me a great deal of money. Working with this company was easy. Our bid was very clear about the products provided and the installation process. Pricing was competetive in the market place however this company included the hidden costs the other bids excluded. Possible problems were identified and any extra costs were explained up front. During installation, our daily lives were not interupted. Tear down occurred quickly, crews cleaned up daily not leaving euqipment or product laying around the house. The workers worked diligently completing this project ahead of schedule. Communication with the project foreman was an open dialog and very comfortable. Thank you Superior for a job WELL DONE!

Superior Exterior Systems just replaced my Eifs stucco siding and did a great job. With all our rain in portland, I was afraid of rot & mold underneath so finally replaced it. They kept real clean & were pleasant to work with even finishing in just 7 days ahead of schedule. Dollar for dollar they gave me more in extra waterproofing details the other bids just didn't do. They even replaced some rot at no extra charge which absolutely shocked me. Glad I didn't pick the company my neighbor did cuz he got soaked for 2300.00 in misc extra expenses. Superior was excellent to work with all the way thru and I highly recommend them.

Superior Exterior Systems just finished replacing my siding and did a great job. Cleaned up daily and all english speaking employees really surprised me. The owner came out himself every other day which also surprised me. That kind of customer service is rare these days.

After buying a home that was clearly run down, we had Superior Exterior Systems replace our moldy Lp siding with new Hardi Plank and change our 18 year old cheap roof. We really liked that they didn't do a roof layover and chose a high wind 40 year roof with design accents wrapping the edges which gave it a unique look. They also dressed up the front with really nice stone using black mortar instead of regular grey mortar. The foreman suggested wide window trim and even added shake in both front gables. Their website has a section with really good design ideas which helped us and their designer come up with ideas. The keystone accents gave a nice finishing touch. All our neighbors now say we have the best looking home in the subdivision. We were so pleased we let them use 4 pics of our home in their video which is now on their website while the work was in progress. Thankyou Superior Exterior Systems.

these guys removed my Eifs stucco that the idiot builder put on my 6 year old high end home. Although it was pretty hard and messy to take off, they did an excellent job at keeping everything clean & contained so it didn't pollute the environment. I watched them almost every day since I'm retired. After interviewing 7 siding contractors I chose Superior Exterior Systems because they were the most reasonably priced and I was most impressed with their website. The owner came out himself instead of a salesman. They were so reliable that when my roof needs to be replaced, I'm calling them again.

From start to finish Superior Exterior Systems delivered, from a timely proposal to a finished job, despite this rainy spring. They removed the old LP siding and replaced it with a cement board by Certainteed. When they encountered some anticipated dry rot in the fireplace chase on the weather side of the house they repaired it handily. To help ensure that wont happen again they put a double layer of housewrap in that area and a double layer of flashing with Vycor membrane on the corners. They also corrected the source of the original problem by cutting the old gutters back and carefully sealing everything. The crew was always pleasant. They didnt tromp on plantings and cleaned up the debris. We were very pleased and would use Superior Exterior Systems again and recommend them to others.

these guys replaced my old roof and re-sided the front of my house with Hardie Plank and even some stone. It looks great! They cleaned up every day and even moved my wood pile twice for painting. I should have called Superior exterior Systems earlier.
