I will never use this company again. This company lacks communication and lacks regard for urgent matters. They have drug their feet on services but when asked about it, constantly uses excuses such as "we will look into it tomorrow" or "it is on the list to be taken care of tomorrow". To date, the company has been paid in full for the service (their requirement) but has not completed the work. If not completed by the end of this week, a refund will be requested for the uncompleted work. Type of work to be completed is a pressure test on the gas line. Also, beware pricing. They will rake up the pricing once starting the job. They charge approximately $150 per hour. Don't let them give you a basic quote just to get in the door. All they have to do is put the piping back together. When they came out in May/June to start the work I sat and watched the plumber take apart the piping as needed to do his job. Tonight a plumber came out to put the fittings back as they were but was hesitant since he wasn't the original plumber that started the job (a trait that all three plumbers expressly portrayed). He tried to tell me that they never took the pipe apart. I explained that I sat and watch the action take place. The plumber fought me on what I seen then stated he doesn't know because he wasn't there. What since does it make to fight fact with opinion when you have an eye witness as opposed to what you think will defend your company. He then proceeded to tell me it would cost me in parts and labor until they figure out what happened. What since does this make. The man came out, seen the company's equipment attached to the my pipes, removed the attached equipment from the pipes and then stated that they didn't take off fittings... well how did your company's caps and gauge get on the pipes... Anyways, once the plumber stopped fighting me on the situation and admitting that it is his opinion, he proceeded out the door with the companies materials and told me his boss was in church and couldn't speak to anyone til morning. I called the office and they stated that the boss was on a job in New Jersey. Honestly, this leads me to question the integrity of the company. Why lie about something as small as that. If you'll lie about that then you lie about anything. This company is crooked in the worse way but claim they are a Christian company. I believe that's a hoax to get business from those that rather patronize a Christian company. When the man finally left he had the audacity to tell me that there are thousands of hungry kids out there and I'm worried about this. What does that have to do with anything. When I spoke to the lady in the office, she informed me that the owner will call me Monday morning. So now I have to wait two three days to hear from him regarding this matter... no gas means no heat, hot water, cooking etc. and to make matters worse, I'm losing rental income. Clearly this company is a giant hoax and doesn't care about it's clients. If not resolved by Monday, I will get my lawyer involved. This is ridiculous.

I will never use this company again. They came out for a main line clean out after 15 minutes I was told I needed to have a new main line put in. They charged me 400 dollars and didn't fix the problem just told they would take that off if I hired them to put in my new line. Called another company and they were able to clear the drain.

They showed up 7 days later with half of the parts and the hotwater heater was wrong .He then told me it would take another 5 days to get another one . I ask to talk to his supervisior he started using bad language and refused to contact him. I had to resolve the issue myself and purchased this so called special order hotwater heater myself the same evening that they had in stock.! My recommend you do alot of research before you use Stilwell Plumbing. If I could give negitive stars I would / it was that bad .

I called on Friday morning, they could not come till Monday. They gave me a time between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm they showed up at 4:15 pm. I ask them to fix a leaking shower pipe and a sink stopping unit. They did not have the part for the leaking shower pipe and had to reschedule, for Monday a week away. The fixed the sink stopping unit a simple task taking less than three minutes. It broke again right after their man left the house. In conclusion: Long waiting time, Did not arrive on time. Unprepared to do the work. Incompetent staff.

Nice company. Intelligent service technician came out and replaced my kitchen faucet. I called a lot of plumbers and they wouldn't come out for a free estimate but Stilwell sent a technician right out for one so I was happy to give them the job.

I called Stilwell with a water problem in my place of business. They came out and installed a sump pump and some drain tile around the walls. They did an awesome job and i have no more water problems. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing problem.

Stilwell Plumbing is Awesome!! My sump pump quit working in the middle of the night and they responded to my call. When I called other companies and got no answer. Very courteous and professional, they have my services for life.

Stilwell Plumbing is great. I called them and they came out very quickly. They fixed a leak under my kitchen sink and charged a decent price. I would definitely recommend them again!

I cant speak for the entire company but I had a guy come to my house last week that didn't really seem interested in doing the job. The prices that he quoted were a bit high as well, but maybe everyone hikes up prices for things you could attempt to do yourself (just to give an idea of how simple the task was). I am truly tired of contractors coming to my home with no interest in doing work but just to collect a fee for showing up. I hate to leave negative remarks, but no one would have liked the rush out of the door attitude. I am now going to leave remarks for every contractor that does this, for every service at my home, so that other consumers can get the service they need. I hope others will do the same, it will hopefully send these guys a message, help with choices, and increase the chances of a successful visit.
