THEY STOLE MY IDENTITY!!!

If you are seeing this, I am sorry. I assume Livingston Parish police department or a state trooper has had your vehicle towed. It happens, we all know its going to cost a couple hundred bucks to get your car out, but it is what it is.

What is absolutely unacceptable, no matter the situation, is a tow truck driver stealing your ID and other documentation from your vehicle. Then use that information to attempt to open credit card accounts in your name. Ryan Stewart, tow truck driver for Stewart's Towing, has attempted to open over 40 accounts using my name since January. Luckily, I was notified the first time he attempted to open an account, before I even picked my vehicle up, and I froze my credit.

I filed a police report with LP, I've reached out the owner of Stewart's Towing, and I have spoken with Ryan. But he is still trying, there is also a woman helping him now. Anyway, all that to say, if you are seeing this, then I assume you are trying to figure out how to get there to get your vehicle. Go ahead and also check on your credit, to make sure you are not their next victim. Thanks
