How to start, specifically told the person over the phone that I was running late to a meeting and I'll be right there,When I was there with money in hand the phone operator just sat there having a personal conversation.When gesture that I was ready I was rudely ignore until that person was done with there not relate work conversation when I specifically said i call ago for my car and I was running late even after signing papers and handing over the money I was still ingore until phone operator was finish with there personal problem, very unprofessional I said good bye to that meeting, needs better customer service

Horrible customer service, very rude and no integrity. Told one price for impounded car over the phone then another when I got there to pick it up.
