I took my truck into sparks for repair. I have been dealing with Gary at sparks for years. I explained to him what I thought the problem was. I had been putting money away for the repair due to the fact that I really had no idea what the problem was. I had managed to save $600 just in case it was going to be a high repair bill. Gary called me at home informing me what the repair bill was. Well it was just about half of what I had saved. Now how could you not trust a repair company that lets you know the repair was just about half of what I had. Sparks is great and I would never take my truck to any other place. Try it, you may be pleasantly surprised with the outcome.

I LOVE Sparks Auto....Gary Bailey and his crew have been my go to garage for about 6-7 years now. They are quick, professional, and super reasonable. I've always felt that they valued my business, and looked after me when I was a single mom - suggesting ways to save money on certain repairs, and letting me know when other repairs simply weren't worth the money. They have handled three repairs for me - on two different cars- and even though I've moved 45 minutes away I recently had my 2003 Grand AM towed to them. I wasn't surprised to learn that their lot was full - 22 cars on a Monday morning! But my car was ready for pickup on Tuesday afternoon. Another shop might have taken advantage of me, but not Sparks. This time it turned out to be a $75 repair. It's wonderful to have a place I trust. Highly recommend them!
