I had to have my car towed when I got into an accident in Princess Anne, and Dee was not only professional but very kind throughout the entire process. In dealing with the initial accident, insurance adjusters weeks later, and dealerships as I tried to replace my car, Dee is the only person who has been kind to me and made me feel like I was in good hands. I even realized that I had left an important necklace from my mother in my totaled car at the impound, and Dee was very nice about going to retrieve it and making sure it was returned to me. I feel they are good people who genuinely want to help, so they have been pleasant to do business with.
