I called Signature Appliance last Wed. to have them come out to fix my dryer that had developed a very loud squeaking sound. A tech came out and said it needed new rollers and he would have to order them. The tech came out the next day with the rollers and installed them. One load of laundry in, the dryer was fine and no longer squeaking. Second load, the dryer started loudly vibrating. My husband called the next morning and the same tech came back out. He determined he put the drum on backwards and that that should fix the problem but also verbally patted us on the head, telling us that "dryers are going to vibrate when they're running." Well, it wasn't doing it (that much) before, so why would it do it now? I did a load of towels yesterday and 30 min. later, determined that the dryer was not spinning. We called a tech back today and were told that someone would call us within 2 hours. We never received a call and have continued to get the answering service.
I called Signature appliance on July 26th to service a bosh oven and bosh dishwasher.On July 29th service tech showed up and said he would have to order the parts and would be in, in 4 days. also ask for a deposit for parts. well it has been 8 days. when I call I get answering machine.Please if a company has to ask for a deposit for parts the company isn't worth there word. Contact a trust worthy company. Today it is August 6th and still have not heard a word or refund.
I called Signature Appliance to come and fix my washer that wasnt spinning properly and a dryer that had stopped drying. They came on a Friday (9/30/11) - the tech said he fixed the washer (replaced the clutch), but that the dryer needed a new part (a timer) that he had to order. I paid in full for the washer repair, plus a deposit for the part for the dryer that had to be ordered. Over the weekend, it became clear that the washer was not fixed, and in fact, had stopped spinning completely and was now making a horrible noise. I called to let them know that the washer was not fixed like the tech said, and to check on the ordered part. They said that the part was ordered, and that it would be in soon and that they would call when the part came in and schedule an appt. to re-fix the washer and fix the dryer. Two weeks later, I still hadnt heard anything. I called and repeatedly got the answering service. I couldnt get ahold of anyone who actually worked there and no one would
