This program covers up to a 1800 square-foot house. All maintenance programs include a 3 yr written certified warranty that covers a 7500 square-foot building. We clean roof and gutters of all dust and debris and clean out all drains to ensure they are clear for proper drainage. We will stop up to three roof leaks, seal around all pipes vents air ducks and tighten down any loose metal. We also repair parapet wall where necessary.
