Sean is an amazing, knowledgeable and hands on trainer. He has been helping my wife and I since last year. we each had our own physical limitations and goals. Sean did an extensive evaluation and started each of us on something that we actually can do and plus enjoy doing. Then he built us up based on our strength and improvements then on. As a results we have been in our best possible fitness conditions and got to our goals. We will suggest Sean to our family and friends. The truth is there is no short cuts to your fitness goals. If you want results you need to dedicate and He is the guy to take you there.
