Terrible people skills. Refused to give price for tow, couldn't tow to my home and asked to take to their facility and deliver by noon next day. Never showed up or called. I called them at 12:45p and learned their flatbed broke down with my car on it and they couldn't get it off. Was told vehicle was on its way a few hours later. Driver stopped to eat and was upset I had to go to work. Was told I would not be charged for storage or tow due to inconvenience of service. Driver got upset I interrupted his meal and took my car back to facility. Owner and wife both cussed me out. Owner refused to schedule an appointment to deliver car and demanded I pay before he would deliver my car. Owner then demanded I pay for all fees and laughed saying he was keeping car over weekend in order to increase my fees. Owner then demanded I find another company to get my car off his property. I have been waiting over 24 hours for my car, waited all day with no updates and still have not gotten my car back. Police will not allow me to file a stolen vehicle report. Unable to go to work and several other companies won't go get my car because owner is a jerk.

horrible man He screamed at me and made my son cry in fear because I called him out on not giving me an estimate before doing the repair will never go there again!

Be sure and get a receipt or he may charge you again and his temper is very unprofessional I was shocked the way he has treated a friend of mine very unprofessional

This is a very questionable business and their moral ethics! Expired license plates on an active service truck....do they even have the proper insurance? Reports filed with Allegan police of this fact has been ignored!!!! And also the harassment by these people toward other local towing businesses and their family members...including verbal harassment by adults toward the children of competitors and late night home harassment that causes distress to all the family members within the household! Do you really want to have anything to do with these people? If you do, bend over...
