There's alot of moving companies claiming to be Savannah Moving but I found the real one. Thank God that I did becuase they save me alot of money and time. Other moveing companies quoted me twice as much. There guys were great and very proffesional. Thanks guys!
We did an in town move with this company in April. Our move was less than 5 miles away. And we were all packed up, just needed things loaded and moved. We were only moving a 1300 sq ft house. It took 8 HOURS!! And cost $1000 plus dollars. During our move we were pulled aside by one of the movers propositioning us to have them load the furniture on the company truck and leave the boxes and him and the other guy would come back after and move our stuff for half the price with their pickup truck. UNPROFESSIONAL! It took FOUR movers an hour and a half to get our refrigerator out of our house. It took Lowes like 10 minutes to get it in. I told them how Lowes got it in and they chose not to listen, but we were still responsible for paying for the time it took for them to act like dummies. UNSKILLED. Meghan, the office girl, slandered another moving company in town I was considering using when I was getting a quote. I regret listening to her and going with her company. UNPROFESSIONAL AGAIN They dinged our freshly painted walls in our new house. The manager on the move said it would be taken care of. When we called to ask about it a few days after the move. The "boss's" exact words when he saw the picture was "You are kidding me right?" RUDE - BAD BUSINESS And then he proceeded to tell us we signed a piece of paper saying they were not responsible for any damage done to the house during the move. Read everything before you sign it!! I could continue to list the bad things about our move and this company. The only reason I gave two stars is because they didn't take smoke breaks or eat snacks. But they also did not work non stop. A move that should have taken 4 hours took 8!
