In 2010, I was faced with having to redo completely a major renovation to my house because of water damage. He is also qualified to help me with some other issues that I didnt even know that I had in the house (air conditioning and gas line problems), and he once again recommended very good contractors. As a result, my money pit is repaired completely, and I have had no problems any more at all with water leaks, A/C problems, and my gas line is fixed. I am very pleased with the assistance
