Not a good experience. Evidently the State Police get a kickback from Randy's Towing.We had a group come to sing at our church in December a couple of years ago. Their Bus broke down on I64. It was not interferring with traffic. When they went back to their bus, which was about 4 hours, it had been towed. There was a facility they could have towed it to which was less than 5 miles back. They towed it to St. Jacob and charged them $1300.00. They would not allow them to come to get their wallet or anything off the bus until the next morning which was Sunday. When they towed it they forgot to pull pin in the back and tore the engine up. It cost them a fortune to get it fixed. I would not recommend Randy's Towing to anyone.

I had the best experience with this Towing Company...Helpful and prompt. Todd the driver was awesome.....I would highly recommend "Randy's Towing "
