Company towed my vehicle (were never asked to) right from my designated parking area, 20ft from the front door of my townhouse. I've been living and parking in the same spot for 2.5 years and never had a problem. I guess they felt like making a buck? I asked the company how long they had been dealing with my residence... 11 years they said. They charged me $140, and refused to look at my signed and valid lease agreement with photo ID or even admit they were wrong and return my vehicle where they stole it from. Waltham Police are no better, they authorized it. People stealing money from people is all this is. When you've got a green light from the Waltham Police, who wouldn't? Thanks guys. Reminds me that good people still live in this community.

Hope to never have to deal with them again. Car, which ran at the time, was towed there for traffic violation. $535 later, car was returned to house, towed by them. Driveway is on a one way street, tow truck was facing wrong way to enter drive. Told them to unload on street and I would put in driveway. Gave me key and left. Car would not start. Immediately called to have them return and put car in drive, was told it was not their problem.

My dealings with Ramsay's was with a manager named Brian. This individual is very unprofessional and rude. If I were the owner of Ramsay's, I would be embarrassed by such poor representation.
