      Friend goes to ER with several pain in ependix area. Waiting too. Empty no ambulances, had to wait 45 minutes just to get registered. They opened an all night subway In the ER and that's what.all the employees were doing, eating laughing joking while she sat there in.pain 45 minuts at 1 am to 145 am. UNREAL. MINUS ZERO FLOWER

      This place is disgusting. my great grandma in law is treated with disrespect and the nurse who changed her sheets put on dirty ones with stains from previous bed. we are having mothers day here and the area we are supposed to eat in andspend time with her is nasty. food all over tables and floor. thank God she will not be here within the next few days. we have contacted lawyer about all of the problem and also have pictures. so anyone who sees this.... this is not that place for anyone.

      Had two recent outpatient surg...

      Had two recent outpatient surgeries at Flower. Their organization and expediency was the best I've had in and around Toledo. The ER personnel were efficient, informative and friendly. Everything from admission to pre-op to post-op and follow-up was excellent. Keep up the good work, Flower and thank you.

      They took good care of Mom while she was there. The staff and the facility made it easy to visit.
