This company had rave reviews, so based on that, we signed up with them in February 2012. Their employees are very professional and do a great job most of the time. You can pretty much guarantee the yard will be clean after they're through. But it's not perfect unfortunately.......our guy has left piles behind, and this last time left 3 piles. The Management is awesome, very quick to respond and send someone out to follow up; some times even the same day. As a customer, I just wish I didn't have to deal with that at all.
I've been using Pet Scoop Services for over 15 years, & wouldn't consider any other company. They are always prompt, professional, & polite. As I've a doggy door, they even call prior to arrival. They are simply the best.

This is absolutely one of the best companies that I have ever had the pleasure of working with! Everyone who has been here is friendly and sweet to my four dogs that bark and can be an handful at times.
