OC Pool Service installed a new pump and heater at my home 03/25/2023. They were fantastic from start to finish. Their upfront pricing and workmanship were top-notch! I had older equipment replaced that was 25 years old. The installer, Brian went above and beyond. He even painted all my rusted metal timer boxes and PVC pipes to match, making everything look clean. Brian also rerouted some of the PCB piping that I did not need at no additional charge. When he was finished, I was blown away. Also, they showed up on time and were very professional.

After our spa heater gave up the ghost OC Pool and Spa replaced it and the old filter and added automation to be able to control the pump, heater, and jets remotely. Steve was prompt in providing a quote and the work was done in a timely fashion. The installer Brian did the kind of installation I might have done, very neat and organized. He even provided a video explaining exactly how to use the new automation. A solenoid in the controller died an early death a few weeks after the installation and OC Pool and Spa promptly replaced it at no cost. I can recommend them without hesitation.

For our second order, we needed a new pool pump. Ours burnt out recently and the pool needed a pump right away. Steve squeezed us into their schedule and got their tech, Brian, out right away. As usual, Brian is simply fantastic. There was a slight leak in one of the other pool pipes (the leak was there before we bought the home) and we called the home warranty and they fixed the leaky pool pipe. However, the home warranty company did not match the color of the other pipes. Brian came in and saw this inconsistency and totally fixed it. He not only installed the new pump beautifully, he also spray painted the other pool pipes that were work he did not do. He went above and beyond. He is an excellent tech and I am a repeat customer.

I am now looking to hire this company to do my weekly pool maintenance. I have a feeling my pool will be in top shape with this company coming weekly. Originally, I had my own pool guy, but he is old and he missed a few weeks and my pool started to go to hell really fast. It's kind of a big deal who treats the pool and we are figuring that out now, we have had a good experience with this company and will be hiring them for future work.

OC Pool & Spa is a great company to deal with.  I had a new pump, backwash valve and an old heater unit that hasn't worked for over 15-years removed.  Brian showed up promptly at 0800 and had everything done before 10:00am.  Had everything he needed in his van so no delays having to wait for him to run back and forth to the store for different supplies.  There prices are as fair as anyone's and a lot better than some other companies out there.  I  would recommend this company to anyone that requires any type of pool repair done.

I had a problem with my pool heater and had no idea what to expect. My heater is 11 years old and I would have had no way of knowing if the problem was minor or required a new unit. OC Pool's tech quickly diagnosed the problem - rats chewed threw a vacuum hose. Repair was done on the spot for a very reasonable fee, plus he used chicken wire to block the access points and rat proof my heater. I highly recommend OC Pool and Spa.
