Jeff Liske came to our residence twice. Once to repair our hot water heater. The second time was to unclog the basement drain. The company worked with us to get both issues fixed before Christmas! They work with you in emergency situations. Jeff was very professional & extremely knowledgeable! He called when he was leaving the previous job so we knew when he would be arriving at our residence. He worked with diligence & effort to fix our hot water heater & to unclog the basement drain. We appreciate Jeff's professionalism, commitment, knowledge, and reliability. Amazing service! We ended up calling Northwest again to unclog our basement drain. Bryan Snell came. Again we had a great experience. Bryan worked with great concern to resolve our drain issue. Brock was very personable and remembered providing service for us in past years. He came out and fixed a shower drain for us in June and somehow another leak started 3 months later. He came out right away explained what had happened and what he was doing to correct it. Told us to call him if we had any problems after the silicone set for 48 hours. We have had no problem and are grateful for his prompt response and attitude when he came back.

Northwest plumbing is prompt and dependable, and Bryan is very knowledgeable about his job. The job was done right, in no time at all.

I had a hot water heater that was leaking. Service person was dispatched within 30 minutes. He had a hot water heater on the truck and my heater was replaced in a couple of hours. I was very happy to get it replaced so quickly.

Although my service wasn't an emergency, Brock was there within a couple days. Diagnosed the problem, discussed the options with me in non-plumbing lingo, we came to a solution. He was there and gone in an hour. Everything works great. I highly recommend Northwest. They're fast, reliable and Brock was friendly and respectful. I have them on speed dial.
