Called them to fix my Maytag washing machine. Was told that the service call would be $99 but waived if they did the service. Explained that I didn't want to repair the old washer if it would be cheaper to buy a new one. Told him I thought it was a belt. He told that my washer didn't have a belt. Maytag disagrees. Asked him how much a new motor would cost and he said "Call someone else" and hung up the phone. HORRIBLE.
