I had no clue about roofing and I did not know who to call until a friend told me that there was a company that finds subcontractors for you that are qualified and on top of that they will handle the insurance claim through out the whole process.
24hrs later I called new roof estimates and they came out to my House and placed a tarp and just had me sign a benefits agreement allowing them to call my insurance to handle a water leak claim in all three bed rooms. They did not charge me anything and even gave me $200 refferal for sending my neighbor. They got me a life time shingle with a 10 year warranty and they will come two times a year to inspect the roof for 3 years. That's a winner of a company if I must say.
