Nerd Force is an onsite computer services company supporting small business and residential computer users nationwide. As the Local Technology Department our goal is to populate every neighborhood with local Certified Nerds capable of providing the highest level of computer and network services. Our Certified Nerds will even support devices such as MP3 Players, iPods, PDAs and Blackberries.

A few of my friends recommended Nerd Force to me to fix my computer. I was wary after having many problems with other computer repair companies, but after hearing so much praise I decided to call them. The lady on the phone was very friendly, and knowledgeable, she told me when the technician would get to my house and how much the service would cost. She was completely correct, there was no waiting, and no surprise charges. The technician came in, spend a little less than an hour fixing my computer, and it really was fixed. I've had no issues since then, however, he told me that they guarantee their work for 30 days. I was pleased, and agree with all my friends, Nerd Force is the only way to go when it comes to computer issues.
I am a huge online gamer. I turned on my computer this morning and to my surprise I got a message about a .dll file missing. I quickly turned to yellow pages and stumbled upon The Nerd Force. After calling their free 800 #, I was shocked that I got a call back from a tech within 15 minutes. I explained my situation to the very nice gentleman. Long story short, my issue was resolved the same day and working 100%. Technicians appearance was very professional and he was VERY knowledgeable with my IT related questions. Very pleasant experience. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Got problems with my internet, couldn't go to aol :( The fixed my internet problem in literally ten minutes!!! That was fast! They also installed security for my wireless. Very knowledgeable guy! Great customer service, they also said that 30 days warranty for the service is included. Totally satisfied. Will recommend to anyone.
My computer was extremly slow, got bunch of different viruses. This guy was awesome. It took him about 30-40 minutes to get it fixed. Flat rate price (not hourly like others), 30 days warranty for the job he did and he also checked my laptop - now getting more memory for my laptop. So to write this feedback is my personal tip to this company.!!!! Would recommend to anybody!!!!
